Catlett Academy had a real community and a real problem -- everything ran through the founders. We repositioned the brand from a film industry creative community to a complete life academy, rebuilt the curriculum into a 12-level gamified journey system, created AI video guides for every level using HeyGen, designed an entire visual world using Recraft, and built a platform on Circle that moves forward whether the founders are online or not.
